Yes OEM software is legal lol, but it is supposed to be packaged with a computer... they get around that by making sure to package the software with a piece of hardware (ide cable/floppy cable, etc.). If OEM software wasn't legal you wouldn't be seeing places like newegg.com selling it.

At those prices it most likely is not legit. Newegg.com has some of the lowest priced legit OEM software you are going to find... you'll maybe save $5-$10 if you shop around at a max. You are going to pay around $85 minimum for OEM vista upgrade (home) to about $180 for Vista Ultimate OEM.

The biggest clue that the site you listed is bogus is:

"We are glad to present You this online software store with maximum lowest prices on the Internet. You won't find software anywhere else on the Internet with prices lower than here. All the programs we have here for sale and available for Download Only."

lol... if you don't have at least the option to request the CD it's pretty much fake. Some exceptions of course but still...

well I ordered system works, and got it via download, but I have 20 computers that I want vista on. In email response stated that since they purchase multiple copies, they can provide it this cheap.
