Anybody know of some URL's for property to rent in the Eastern/North Eastern part of Spain? Talking about long-term lets here not a short term holiday let. Anywhere within 2-3 hours of the Pyranees would be nice. My Spanish is limited at the moment (working on that though) but I can always attempt to read it using Babel if in Spanish :)

I have a guy that can help you out... he has properties in Mallorca, a spanish island in the mediterranean sea.

But boy, you better be saving cause the word expensive doesn't even fit...

It is a place to purchase villas so it may not be exactly what you're looking for, or in the location you're looking for, but that doesn't really matter at all - just go enjoy their virtual tours!

Nice places to live :) All we want is a 2-3 bedroom 'normal' house/apartment.

The further north you go in Spain the less chance there is of finding an English speaking agent. If you want to rent a place then its far better to go in person. You won't have any problems renting cheap in the north. I spend 2 days a week working for a Spanish agent that mostly deals with the Canaries and the mainland south coast but if you get stuck ask and I may be able to hook you up with a place in Seville that has sub agents in most regions of northern Spain.
Again, you would be far better going there, people are very friendly and helpful in the north.

Thanks we may just do that. Tried Google and it's VERY tough to find anything to do with renting in Northerm Spain.

BTW - undecided as yet where we're going and we may have more chance with this. Anyone know any good Dutch letting agents?

It's very easy to find rentals in Spain......they're just not on the
internet....I have lived for 2 years close to Barcelona and now I
live in South of Alicante.....Just go for a 5 day visit.....pass all the
local real estate agencies.....bring someone who speaks spanish
or for your region catalan.....and you'll be sorted in a couple of
days.....

Prices range from 500 euro till 2000 euro depending what you're
looking for....a normal piso/apartment in a nice area with some
space will not be more than 600 euro per month....

Houses start at around 600 euro..
