speaking to several lawyers in phoenix during the forum, specifically JD - he commented that a federal agent came up to him and said, "thank you for the support you gave to us on the boards".. he mentioned which one he was looking at... but it was clear that the feds not only watch all the webmaster boards but also get into conventions for seminars etc. to see what we are saying.

its how they actually know what the other side is doing and helps them in court. what was clearly stated is that you guys continually brag about how much money your briging in - the feds see that and keep track. eventually someone is going to have their taxes reviewed and your fucked because you bragged about shit. we should be bragging instead of how we are on the front lines of free speech / rights.
