Tracking and analyzing traffic???????

I have a question about traffic.
How do you people track and analyze your traffic. I'm looking for a good software where you can see just everything like referer, search engine searches and more. I don't want to use a prog where I have to insert a code into the html files (like sextracker).
My server cdreates log files I can download. I know that there's all info in there, but I don't have a good logfile analyzer. I'm looking for a prog that I can use on my computer and not something I need to run from the server. Hope you can help me.

There are plenty out there. I use analogx for the basic stuff.
