It's quite simple. Better living through chemistry. Also known as my doc giving me old-man BP meds. :winkwink:

I believe that would be considered very high.
My room mate here at the hospital had a 153 over 110 a few nights ago. They had to give him some nitro and stuff to get him sort of normal. He has heart problems. Now I have pulled an 75 over 50 several times and even lower ever so often, typically I have a 100 over 70 or so on average. I have low blood pressure but for me it is normal and I suffer no ill effects. Technically there is no to low of a blood pressure if you suffer no ill effects. Oh and another note I often have a pulse of 40 to 60. |

My bp the night I ate all that chicken actually got a little higher, I think it was around 120 over 90. Could of been though that cause I was so full I had no room left in me. |
I have 150, but I have no stress and make good money, and I eat well. But not going to lie I Am sparked all day long from coffee
|
once i had a bp rate of something like 168/not sure and i was told to go to the hospital right away from the clinic i was at. i guess it was a mix of anxiety and stress from that day as i am a cool 127/77 something now.

i'm usually around 115-120/70-80

I always thought 120 over 90 is what is normal. 140 is high but not as bad as it can be.

Before my mother retired in January, her "normal" blood pressure was around 200/150 (yes, she had headaches) and has been on blood pressure pills for the past five years in order to keep it down. After she retired, her "normal" blood pressure dropped to around 150/90 and she stopped taking the medicine. She has a doctor appointment coming up and she is going to discuss the dramatic changes in her blood pressure.
My blood pressure was found too be too high and I almost didn't get to have cataract surgery for my second eye. I spent almost an hour trying to relax before I finally went through with it. Anyway, I contacted my physical doctor who told me that I had to change my diet and loose weight. He put me on blood pressure meds. After three years and about sixty pounds less, my blood pressure is around 120/80 now. The doctor has cut my blood pressure meds back from daily to once every other day. |
My avg has always been around 120/50. Healthy living, eating and low stress lifestyle. :)
