Starting off with a TGP
 
Hi
I haven't had a TGP before ... thinking of starting one. How do you start off with a TGP? Do you basically HAVE to buy traffic to start off with, to give traffic out to other sites (by skimming), then you can get it back? And how much does traffic cost?
