Fight the urges, keep yourself busy, don't keep the same company - avoid the things that brought you to doing whatever it is that you needed rehab for.

Like in most other cases - with TIME, things eventually phase away.

BE STRONG & good luck - you can do it if you set your mind to it.

If you really need help, you may just be looking in the wrong place.

change your lifestyle, all your friends & the places you've hung out in the past. change everything that is - was negative in your life. get 3 jobs if ness. to keep yourself busy. stay strong & don't give into the urges. good luck.

TheChink covered it pretty well. All the old friends and places are history. NEVER go into a bar It doesn't matter if you rehabbed for drugs, you'd just switch to alcohol. So stay away from them.

USE your sponsor and if you don't have one yet, haul butt to some meetings and find a group you seem to fit with and stick with it. Get a sponsor, get a sponsor, Heard it enough yet?

Stay strong.

And you heard it hundreds of times, "One day at a time" :thumbsup
