    There is screaming come from my neighbour's house ...

    My house is right beside a small condo project, and one side of my yard is very close to one of the condos. There has been loud screaming, possibly a teenage girl or adult woman coming from the place pretty solid for 2 or 3 minutes now.

    The thing is I don't have a very good relationship with them, I hosed down the husband after his wife got pissed off at me hosing down their dog a few weeks back. Anyway, that's another story, but in short I don't _really_ care if someone's being killed over there.

    What should I do about it? Go scream at them to shut up or investigate if there's an actual problem?

          Well that part's pretty obvious, I mean what's the next rational step.

          This is Costa Rica, probably take the cops a half hour or longer to get here.

          It's more sporadic now, but still going on.

                              You can't just "knock on a door" in Costa Rica. Everything's behind fences or walls.

                                                      Glad it resolved it's self. It's a bitch of a decision because you don't know if someone is home alone and fell, broke their leg etc. I always try to atleast meet my neighbors (not be their best buddies) and exchange phone numbers in case of emergency. If they are screaming or pounding on a wall long enough, I get the hint and call the paramedics for help. The system works. One old lady WAY back about a decade ago fell and broke her hip and just kept hitting the kitchen floor, so it turned out good.

                                                      The bad thing is jumping the gun if a mother/daughter are arguing about the kids clothes or some stupid shit. I knew this was an old lady that lived alone though because I used to bring her food and stuff.

                                                      I may be alone here but I think elderly ppl are as cute and loveable as babies (in most cases). They are so thrilled just to have someone to speak to.
