The amount of people in the world who haven't learned something as basic as the apostrophe drives me crazy.

In the last 20 minutes of reading GFY I've probably found a dozen examples :(

Keep it simple. If the word isn't possesive of the thing following it or can't be split into two words, don't use the apostrophe.

*edit* yeah, I admit to judging people by their apostrophe usage.

Though it is technically accepted, I can't stand when people pluralize acronyms using apostrophes.

The apostrophe is part of syntax sometimes and can not be used without error.
