Strange FreeBSD crash - happens too often

panic: kmem_malloc(4096): kmem_map too small: 335544320 total allocated
cpuid = 2
Uptime: 13h48m2s
Dumping 4095 MB (3 chunks)
chunk 0: 1MB (159 pages) ... ok
chunk 1: 3327MB (851648 pages)

Anyone ever get that before? Any resolutions? Input appreciated!

Thanks!

JM

jerzeemedia 04-13-2007 12:19 AM

darksoul,

6.2

sounds like a 5.3x bug

darksoul 04-13-2007 12:22 AM

I only see one report for 6.1-RC2
I would cvsup and buildworld && instalworld.
