Whichever submission tool you choose to use, do never NEVER rely on full autosubmiting, meaning by that that you must send "by hand" to the biggest sites. Autosubmit to the wrong site and you'll be banned maybe in more than that site

IMO, the only difference is that you're relying on an updated database... the only bad thing about RS is that you have no control over the DB, and it lacked its daily updates as promised... otherwise its a well structured tool, but still with a lot of features needed... I would recommend a tool that you have full control over the database...
