We have 6 emtpy corps. for sale

if you dont like the names of the corps. you can change them fast for only $100 with any attorney, this way you dont have to wait to have them drafted and get approved from scratch.

Would I still have to piss off to Panama every 3 months?

pornguy 04-12-2007 04:39 PM

Mexico has a lot of advantages. Including the border right there, and it is easy as hell for americans to get an FM3 ( Green card )

Any credit attached to these companies, any bank account history, and lending history, and previous asset history?

I can't think of any if you're not living here. CR is not a tax haven and the banking laws are pretty strict because of US crackdown on money laundering...

Panama is a better choice for moving your business offshore.

CR corps are nice as a foreign resident for things like getting a cell phone, buying property, guns, etc...

Unfortunately yes. However if you were to make a $60,000 investment into the National Bank you could get residency. The repay amount is $1,000 per month and includes a small return rate.

do you have to live there though? can you not have money go to the corp and just pay yourself as an employee?

thats a loaded question.. It all depends on where you wanna hire or set up shop.
I cant give any legal advice on how to structure your biz. but there are many benefits and securities doing it in CR versus other 3rd world countries

0 they have never been used emty shells. I was going to be doing alot more real estate deals and decided to pull out for personal reasons. Death in the family so I'm scaling back on certain projects.

its a good idea to have a Panama corp. and transfer to CR which is more stable if you live there or do alot of biz there.

it all depends on what you are doing
