Do you have problems with epassporte?
 
Hi: It is more then a month that I've regsitered with epassporte.I have regsitered such account because of easy affiliate payments. But, problems started immediately.

When signing to be affiliate partner , sponsors ask for epasporte username. I have my username, but almost all sponsors ask for next format: [email protected]

I was unable to find such format anywhere in FAQ on epassporter website, and after asking them is that real mailbox and why it is different then ordinary username(without @epassporte.com extension) they told me that my username should be in next format: username@@internal.epassporte.com

that is format that no one from affiliates is asking from me.

I was trying to talk to them by phone, and I am on hold for more then 20 minues, internatonal. All of my emails are answered with completely different subject or inapropriate answer to that simple question.

there has been more then a month, and I do not know simple fact. Not to tell you that VISA electron card ordered(and payed) from them, never arrived to my address!

there are plenty of problems with them, but it seems that only way to find out what format to use and what is username@@internal.epassporte.com is here.

I hope that someone have idea what is going on.

If your UserID is femdomdestiny for example.
What you give to sponsors is femdomdestiny or [email protected]

i am with epassporte for over a year now and it always worked like a charm.
and if i had a slight problem (1 or 2 times max.) michael o solved it in a few minutes.

i hope they pay him real good

MIchael, thanks for so fast answer. But,there is a next problem: Guy from support told me on message center that it is not [email protected] but username@@internal.epassporte.com . Also , that information is told to me on phone, and told that all affiliates are wrong.

After asking them, how is that possible and giving them (everyhing through message center) direct links to affiliate signups their next answer was to go to phone support. On phone, they are telling me oposite then you and affiliates.

Better to not listen to phone support or [email protected], those are retarded and a waste of your time.

Add Micheal to ICQ and if you have a problem hit him up and you'll be fine :thumbsup
