Pretty straight forward.

I have 3 servers and a switch, they will take up 4u. I need very basic tech support, I have an admin, I mainly need someone to reboot or reboot sql etc, nothing major.

I am looking for good clean BW, nothing cheap or dirty or slow.

You must have a nice data center and techs on hand at all time, and they must be easy to get in touch with, I don't want to put in a support ticket and not hear back for hours on end. I also don't want to guy the "tech" guy and he's at home at 3AM and just getting out of bed. If you can't have someone by your boxes at all times I'm nervous to use you, no offense..
