Yes it is legal for the women if one of them actually gets pregnant. Usually one woman will get prenant by invetro (sorry if spelled wrong) and have a child. To adopt a child, it is not legal in all states. I heard Florida has the strictest rules on gay adoptions.

Being straight does not make you good parents. If a gay couple raises a child and loves them, who cares if they are gay? All the stories I see with kids being killed by their parents are all of straight couples. Have yet to see one involving a gay couple.

I think adoption is legal in a lot of states, and of course when the kids are a product of a previous, straight marriage.

It is legal to adopt, in fact I know a couple of gay couples who have kids. It's one of the most greatest things to see, they are some of the best parents I have seen.

I know a lesbian couple from the Netherlands. One of the girls (who is originally from Hawai) gave birth to a boy 2 years ago and they recently moved to the US. All three of them, so obviously customs didn't stop them :-)

depends on the state...and whether it's natural birth or adoption.
