    where the fuck is my physical visa card?!

    i need infos, i purchased a physical visa card from epassporte, i know everybody knows its a 35 buck piece of shit. the fucking thing is it's been almost 5 weeks and i still haven't received the bloody visa card, epassporte promised to have it delivered within 2-3 weeks... what the bloody hell is going on here? i hate to think that i threw away 35 bucks for nothing..

    could anyone help me here?

                      The bad news is that when you get it, good luck using it. It gets declined EVERYWHERE..... EVERY TIME. Regardless of what the customer service reps on the phone try to tell me that it wasn't declined the charge went through or that they don't see it being declined in their computer screen. If you want to take cash out at an ATM you can use it that way but you can only take out $300 according to their website. I've only been able to take out $100 successfully. You can PAY to upgrade the account to withdraw out $600 a day.

                              They take their sweet ass time sending those cards to be sure.. and the most fun? They expire the cards at the START of the expiry month, but don't order you a new one in advance, you have to wait 4-8 weeks to get up and running again when your card expires. It's the PERFECT SYSTEM!

                                  BZZZZZZT, wrong. The card expires at the end of the month it's dated, and they try to send you a new one at the start of that month.

                                      I just went through this last month.
                                      Then that's something new, my card expired the first day of the month it was set to expire on, they didn't "order" my new card for a couple weeks.

                                                  i waited 3-4 weeks too on the card delivery

                                                  and i upgraded my account, so i may widthraw via ATM some 600+ bucks and you may asked for higher limit if you have some good money on the account

                                                  about problem in the stores, i'm buying constantly some books and other small things via it and it worked fine in the my preferred store, so it possibly work in the some store and don't work in the some other one, it'is crap as all electron (and virtual) VISA, when i need do something really well and be absolutely sure, that my transaction will pass I'm using my embossed VISA, which doing her job really well

                                                              I just hit up a bank ATM and grab $5K and put it into my real bank or spend whatever on whatever I am doing. Much easier...

                                                                          Huh? How did you take out 5k at a bank ATM!?!?! Epass has a limit on what you can take out on the card per day-even upgraded the max is $600 per day. I tried at my bank Wachovia and it doesn't have anything to do with the bank's side, it's epass.
