I am aware of cologroup & oxeo and may be going with 1 of them unless someone else gets back to me.

Depends on what you are looking for.

If you want cheap hosting and you dont care about downtime and manage your own box Rackshack is $100 a month.

If you are looking for reliable hosting at an affordable price, but not as much bandwidth as Rackshack(for the price, but better connections and uptime) you can try

Why is Rackshack unreliable? I suppose it could be if you don't know Unix, but otherwise it is more reliable than the dedicated lines we have from the phone company here.

I take it the above are really really bad then.

you'd burn through $150 a month quick i'd think with such crap traffic like galleries..

rackshack isn't that bad if you know what you're doing. yet again the eternal argument. everyone's had good or bad experiences with them, it all depends on who you ask. i push 6-7 mbit sustained out of my 10mbit box, it's fast, reliable and i've yet to have any downtime less one day where some fiber lines were cut, and i can burst up to the full 10mbit. i'm pushing so much using the box now i'm afraid i need to expand :(

I agree, rackshack or AKA shitshack, is probably the worst host on the internet. I am currently with them and only went with them cuz they are cheap.... but you definetely get what you pay for. I will be leaving them soon cuz they have serious problems and i have serious downtime.

Mike you always defend Rackshack, dont listen to him, they plain suck... 2/10 get lucky with rackshack, and he must have been one of them, or works for them, cuz when rackshack comes up as an issue he is always there to defend them.
