AmateurVideoCash Acquires BoobDollars!
 

In a very exciting move for expansion into the big tit market, Amateur Video Cash has acquired BoobDollars.com and the majority of the pay sites included in the program. The official transaction occurred on 1 April, but the new sites will not be fully integrated into the Amateur Video Cash network for the next few weeks.

AmateurVideoCash.com launched back in January 07, and has quickly made a strong presence in the industry with such sites as IWatchPornos.com and DoMyHotGirlfriend.com. Company President Steve W. Cortz was quoted as saying "The most exciting part of this acquisition is that we're taking control of a huge amount of high-quality, exclusive content to offer our members. This will allow us to take our program to the next level by giving us an established portfolio of pay sites and unique content that has previously proven it's worth." Amateur Video Cash plans to further develop the existing sites that are already live, and then eventually continue to expand their collection of pay sites.

Personally I think that avcash is just another front company for Joel [DO NOT POST LAST NAMES!] /boobdollars.
Since his rep is ruined he had to create a new front man and company in order to try and stay in this business.
This isn't just a guess on my part either, I have very good reasons for believing this.

All I have to say to anyone thinking of sending these guys traffic is Caveat Emptor.

Thanks for the bump! We appreciate the insight and we don't mind the conspiracy at all. We are not associated with JR from BoobDollars, and in fact will not be working with JR in our future endeavors.

All webmasters should feel secure with their traffic and payments, knowing that we are using the new EpochStats affiliate software. Once you make the sale, all of the work is done on their end. All payments will be calculated and sent directly from Epoch.

My apologies to Joel and the mods for using a last name. I know alot of Joels so I always use their last name or initial when referring to them and didn't realize I was breaking the rules.

So anyways, after not speaking for well over a year Joel contacts me on ICQ in early March to ask me what spots I've been buying on TGP's and how they're doing.

So I tell him what spots I've been buying and what I've been promoting, including the new nastydollars site, and I make a remark that new sites usually do well.

I emailed Steve C. he gave me 70% on all sales, you should do that too. I bet he would give you a sweet deal.

I find it odd that JR would contact me out of the blue after at least a year of not speaking, and work the conversation towards a new program that I should try that "someone else" owns but that "someone else" would give me a sweet deal.
Also the sites in this "new program" that is owned by "someone else" look exactly like the boob dollars sites, and also have the same content.

So then after a few days Joel contacts me again to tell me about how his AL4A spot did.

al4a sucks, traffic, nothing else. # 1 spot was weak.. any ideas ? luckily it was hosted for free for me to test by Steve C. i changed the link to my own site instead rather then theirs/av cash

Now what I really found odd about this is that if another program is hosting the gallery, how were you able to change the links to your own site?

So I went over to AL4A and the top link that day, from "Joel" was this

And sure enough the ads were linked to www.wantboobs.com

Now it was posted in this thread that Avcash bought boobdollars on April 1.
This gallery ran on AL4A and the links were changed on 3/11. How is it that Joel had access to the www.amateurvideocash.com server and was able to change the link to wantboobs.com instead of the site that gallery was supposed to be promoting?

I don't know about you, but if I was hosting a gallery for someone it would piss me off if they used my bandwidth to promote another site. I also can't imagine a scenario in which an affiliate would have access to my server and be able to change pages on MY domain at will.

Unless of course avcash and boobdollars were all owned by the same person, even prior to this alleged "sale".

either way, Amateurvideocash is now tainted, nobody wants to be associated with boobdollars. All this evidence makes it seem like he is still involved in everything.

Well my own personal animosity towards that program aside, long after I had a falling out with them they stopped paying webmasters.

I don't know exactly what happened but there was a thread on GFY every week about people not getting paid by boobdollars. It's my understanding that they owe alot of people money, which would explain why they would have to create a new front person/company in order to try and get webmaster traffic, because nobody would send traffic to boobdollars considering their reputation. :2 cents:

I have just been informed by JR on ICQ, that Steve has contacted his attorneys and plans to take legal action against me.

I find it really odd that this Steve person would contact an attorney over a thread on a message board and then immediately contact JR and have him relay a lawsuit threat. If avcash has nothing to do with JR moving forward as they say, why are they keeping him informed about their intent to take legal action against me?

AmateurVideoCash is not run or operated by JR from Boobdollars.com. We have been in negotiations for over 2 months regarding this acquisition. During that time a lot of work has been done between the two companies to try and make this transition as smooth as possible.

We are aware of the reputation of BoobDollars, and feel that it has no bearing on our business. Although there were problems, all outstanding debts were paid to the affiliates. Your "understanding" of the problem is incorrect. If you know of any webmasters who feel they are still owed, please have them contact us directly. We don't need your "feelings" brought to us, you can keep those between JR and yourself.

In the meantime, we are looking for webmasters who are looking for new sites to promote. We're working very hard to make sure that you feel 100% confident that you're promoting a trustworthy company. Thank you!

Oh I see, and this work that was done between your companies included JR promoting you as an affiliate making 70% recurring and you decided to give him access to the server where www.amateurvideocash.com resides so he could change gallery linking codes whenever he wanted to?

I guess he had keys to your house and cars and access to all of your bank accounts in order to make the transition go smoother too?

Is this a joke? You bought a program with a HORRIBLE repuation, you maintain frequent contact with the previous owner, give them access to parts of your system, and even have them relay information on to others about impending legal action.

When you acquire another company, you acquire their debts and reputation. There may be some dumb as shit webmaster out there who will sign up for you guys, but you're not fooling anyone with an IQ over 50 on this board.
