Honestly, it's not great. Focus on a specific niche if possible, design-wise improvements are undoubtedly required, and try to develop a more defined site-structure.

neon green on black hurts the eyes

Your thumbs need to be optimized properly. First one I looked at was 200X137 but was a 40k file size. This should have been about a 5k file size.

The bigger file size will slow down your page load and you will have surfers clicking off the page rather than waiting for it to load.

90X90 thumb using 9K of space.

Good thing BW has got cheap I guess.

Your front page thumbs are squeezed like all hell and the color scheme made my eyes bleed.
