finally countless hours of reading and rey and error doing SEO paid off, i am getting really good targetted Cumshot traffic looking for videos. I ran some tests and if i redirect it straight to the pay sites i am getting 1/6 right now (yes 1/6 from the second page!) . With the right site i bet it would convert even better. I am building a landing page now to help presell.

I only tried $2 trail sponsor that pays $40 PPS so far but i am open for suggestions...

Spam me with your site or sponsors cumshot sites that would do really well and we can both profit.

A suggestion I have for you is to not simply redirect the traffic to paysite, It might (and more likely will) loose your ranking.
Let the traffic land on your site and then do whatever you want with it.
