Epassporte Question

With the Visa card I have the following limits:

Single Transaction Amount $1,000.00 N/A
Number of Transactions 20 20

My question is can I charge $1000.00 twenty times in a day (so in essence I could charge $20,000.00 in one day) or is it 20 transactions with the total for all 20 transactions being no greater than $1000.00?

Yes its 20 transactions of $1,000 when using the card other places than the ATM.
The ATM limit is per day.
