webair live help
heres what i posted on webair board but since gerard does not like clients to critize their staff members on theior own public board i have to go both webair and gfy board :D
right first off gerard leave my topic up. so dont delete it like the last one (there an exact copy of this on gfy) aight long story short my buddy goes on live help. jide doesnt answer at all, i go on, jide gives a lot of bollocks to me. Fire that idiot, hes defo not worth your time or money as he is gonna cost ya a few clients. second not getting any transcript of the chat sucks big time. specially when it happens to two different persons (one can forget to check that ckecbox but two cant ;)) ive got the strong suspicion that jide made abso-fucking-lutely sure to not sent em after his behaviour. to tell you guys the truth the trust that mike builds with me every single time gets destroyed by either live help or one of the higher on the ladder guys like gerard who blatantly kills a topic on this board regarding this isue. This is a webair customers board, regardless if the post is positive or negative you respond to it and dont just delete it. Im sure mike will respond to this and make sure this gets solved but it sucks to habe to go this route on f easter. both my buddies and my easter is really screwed. gracias, Ed |
I have no issues with Webair, but I agree with you about not getting any transcripts. I used the Help few times within the last 2 weeks. They resolved my problems but transcripts arrived. And I did check the box to recieve it.
Must be some bug in their system. |
Quite frankly I can see why your thread was deleted, you basically just attacked their support staff without justification. Post the actual conversation you had with jide. Don't just go off ranting that an employee of theirs wasn't good, actually post the issue, or what happened. Even if you don't have the transcript, at least post what was the issue.

It would be nice for you to post some actual proof? But it does sound like another typical webair bad support thread, they have become a fairly regular occurance...:2 cents:

heres the issue, and its a very small issue, last night apache was restarted for no aparent reason leaving two sites with blank index pages. now my business partner renaldo goes onto live help and doesnt get an answer for 15 minutes.
i go onto that chat,. get the same person and try to at least get an answer on why it was restarted, thats all we need to know so we can determine where it comes from and even better how to prevent this from happening in the future. the guy does not answr the question at all, and keeps giving me the same bs over and over. eventually he is the one that terminated the chat. regardless of what gets said there, he is the live support help and if there is an issue and no-one of the senior techs is around then he is the person to help out. im still waiting on an answer from webair on what happened (which at this point is really the only thing i need to know so i can if needed get it fixed on the box) |
its btw never my intention to hurt or aim at anyone in particulair, but the issues with live help are going from bad to worse lately :(

k now after my buddy had the above convo with live help i went in to get the answer we needed and also asked jide why he didnt answer back, he said to me that he (after renaldos initial question of why it was restarded) asked a question back to renaldo and that he would copy and paste the entire chat screen over.
To my surprise he copies the exact same over that my buddy just posted, now two small questions here. 1 where did he ask that question 2 why the heck after 15 minutes he still didnt answer why apache was restarded (easy look into the error logs and look for 4 hours and 30 minutes back) hope this clears it a bit. regards, Ed |

I had a few issues at the start with them, but not an issue since... :)

They always help us out right away but we keep a regular line of communication open with them and always call their support.
