The scene in Pan's Labyrinth where Capitán Vidal smashes in the face of a prisoner with a wine bottle was a good HOLYSHIT! moment.

I definitely agree with the top 15...i cringed and "Ooohhh Shiiiit"ed and "Dayum!"ed my thru all of them again....just like i did the first time i saw them.

Only #1 and #15 have given me a "holy shit" moment. Seeing that scene in The Departed was fucking awesome. I was yelling the whole time, haha. And then #1, hell I can barely watch that scene. It takes a lot to creep me out but I usually have to turn my head.
