50/50 means 50 signup/50 rebill and has nothing to do with 50%+50%=100%. Further more, the 71% and the 47% are calculated after ibill's 15%*. This makes them seem bigger than the original 60%/40% (which, coincidentally, would have added to 100%)!

*Amateur Pages also does this.
