Porsche Boxter vs BMW Z3 Coupe (PICS)
 

Iam going to sell my Brabus Smart in the next week and iam currently looking for a new car to fit my needs. Nothing too big and nothing to fancy,iam just 21 and not that super rich like the typicall GFY user :pimp
So i want something good looking and fast for less then 20.000 euro which is about 26.000 USD.

My current favourites are..

Porsche Boxter (used)

or a BMW Z3 Coupe (used)

The Boxter is just a little bit more expensive then the BMW, but is it really worth it? Going to testdrive both on monday. I also thought about the Mercedes Benz SLK but its more a girlyride i think.. :1orglaugh
So what would you pick?

Buy a used 1.2 liter clio and do something useful with the rest of the money. :)

i've driven the boxter a couple of times, it's a really cool car, great handling, great sound. but too small on the inside for me - and keep in mind that porsche service and spare parts are really expensive. i just paid $1500 for mine just for service inspection

threads like this make me want to cry...if you guys saw the prices of cars here...

Why not go for a Cayman? It's basically just a hardtop boxster w/ some new styling...

The Cayman is way more expenisve than Boxster/Z3.If I were you I`d go for the Porsche Boxter,way more reliable.

I agree for being a Honda a S2000 is a awesome little car. I almost bought one but decided not to, but drove a friends a few times and loved the car.

I still LOVE the sound of the air cooled porsches.

Yeah, for the price I would agree. S2000 is a serious car. As a result resale values hold up. When you're ready to upgrade again, you probably won't lose much.
