I been scratching the 6 strings on and off since my teens but just called and book myself to start Piano Lessons.

What do you play?

I used to play trumpet, guitar and dabbled on the piano but have no formal training

I always wanted to learn violin, but I don't think my fingers could handle the strings and bow these days

Impressive collection, i'm looking to buy a new guitar but debating electric or accoustic right now.

Piano is good to learn. It will make you a better guitarist.

I play and teach guitar and bass. I've been playing for 17 years. I primarily play rock music with my band, but I've also studied several stringed instruments while in college, so I've got a little background in classical instruments as well.

Amazing that around here it took almost 2 hrs for that to get posted.

Played classical violin for 45 years - went to music college for it after representing the US in an international orchestral "tour" in Switzerland when I was a kid.
Played piano, trumpet, reeds, flute, bass and guitar
Been playing synths since the Moog first appeared and then the ARP 2600 - since then have upgraded to the Korg Triton and love it
Still jam a lot when I get the chance with my son-in-law and his friends when I can get over to the college bars - its a blast playing the stuff live they think can only be done in a studio :thumbsup

I play 7 instruments (guitar, bass, uke, mandolin, flute, clarinet, piano...okay I kind of suck on the piano, lol) and then a bunch of other stuff that I don't even count like harmonica, tin whistles, percussion (bongos, etc). Guitar is my main instrument, been playing for 18 years, and did it professionally for awhile.

When I retire (hopefully by 40)...I'm just going to play all day long.

I cannot play anything that makes sounds, or I could but you wouldn't like it

Ive been playing piano for over 25 years... BF has been playing Piano and Keyboards since the early 70s. He's a really good keyboardist. Friends with Rick Wakeman....Lucky bastard...:)

I'm a drummer

I've been playing the guitar for about 8 or 9 years and I just started playing the bass about 3 weeks ago. I originally got a cheap OLP because I wasn't sure if I would like the bass but I'm going to return that and get a Fender since I'm diggin' it so much.

I play the piano, I use Rolland RS-9.

Good choice - I loves my Fender Jazz bass :)
