Mmmmm steak....
Cool thing about my new diet is that I'm losing weight like a mutha fucka and get to eat wicked tasty steaks all the time!

Steak is good, but too much is not good for your digestive system and can increase your chances of cancer.
Perhaps more fish, salmon or chicken? Fish is the best I think. Steak is hard to digest because it's so heavy. |

Ah, Atkins.

Always wondered about this Atkins diet...
I eat bread EVERY DAY, I eat fish twice a week, some pasta, lots of chicken, I drink milk and pretty much everything else that I feel like. Yet, I am 6.2 tall and weigh in at 178 pounds and only work out about once a week (Yoga). So what am I doing wrong? lol Oh, and I only eat red meat ONCE a month aprox. - maybe twice... |
