Simple story, my bank just informed me that I can not load my epassporte account (non large chain bank) for the time being. I need to get some money to someone oversea's and they only have epassporte.

My current epass balance is .01 and well honestly I have no clue what it was, could of been, should be, ect. I just know I need 500.00 to pay someone.

As typical though it seems every time I need to use epass, something stops me.
