Hey there,
Another question to the experienced. I know this has been asked over a million times, but I have yet to find it in the search. Where can I get release forms for models, for photo and video shoot.

And I found a great place to shoot. Do I need some legal form for the guy to sign that is letting me use his place to shoot. And finally, is there some legal form that I have to give to someone that may be editing my videos for me?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
