2257 Announcement from SexStuffSells - We will provide ID's to affiliates!
Really bad timing because I am going to be away from the computer most of the time for the next few days, however...
SexStuffSells, http://www.sexstuffsells.com WILL provide 2257 documentation to affiliates for the following sites: http://www.realpeachez.com You will be provided redacted ID and 2257 information. http://www.realjuliet.com You will be provided redacted ID and 2257 information http://www.yachtnaughty.com You will be provided redacted ID and 2257 information. http://www.summerhilton.com You will be provided redacted ID and 2257 information. http://www.webvirgins.com You will be provided redacted ID and 2257 information. oliver-klozov.com determination to be made shortly. We have two new hardcore solo sites coming within the next couple of weeks and we will provide redacted ID and 2257 information on those sites as well. We also will have two new non-nude sites launching in the next two weeks. 2257 information will not be provided for those sites as they are non-nude and do not require 2257 information. Again, my apologies for having to step away. I will make a formal announcement on Monday. Just want everyone to know that we value our affiliates, as do most programs, and we do not want to put our U.S. webmasters in harms way in order for them to promote us. I will try and pop into the thread as often as I can over the next few days but for the most part, I will be away from the computer. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to email me at jeff AT sunupmedia DOT com and I will get to your questions as soon as I can. |

I hope this is only to ACTIVE affiliates
no offense, but as someone who has a wife that was talent at one time and myself who also has been talent, I would hate to see anyone be able to just sign up to a sponsor program and grab my wife's ID |

i don't understand this statement he did say that the documentation would be "redacted" there should only be enough information to prove the age of model. |

Of course there will be a verification process. I would assume that would go without saying but I forgot, this is GFY and I really should have mentioned that. These will be redacted ID's. The only information that will be readable is the name and date of birth. However, NO ID will be given to affiliates without the models permission. With the solo girl sites, thats easy, they have all given permission. The only site at issue that is not a solo girl site is webvirgins.com There are over 800 girls on webvirgins and growing. Only those models that have given their consent will be used for promo material. |

im struggling to understand why people are upset about redacted IDs being released, all it is is a name, and a birthday, for many well known performers this info is available to anyone with a brain, a keyboard, and internet access.
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0665927/ holy sheep shit, thats all of tera particks info that a redacted ID would show, actually even more considering it gives place of birth as well. there is already a website that has thousands of adult performers info that a redacted iD would show. where is the problem? this is the way of the future the government has spoken, sink or swim. |

However, before anyone else wants to jump my shit..... 1. The law is the law. 2. All ID's, even redacted ones, are only given out with the MODELS CONSENT. For our solo girl sites, they all agreed. For webvirgins.com, about two years ago we changed our model release to incorporate giving out REDACTED ID's. Every model received a full explanation about what MIGHT occur and was given the option to disallow even redacted ID's to be given out. Those who chose not to allow it were still shot, we just don't use them for promo material for our affiliates. 3. ID's are not going to be handed out willy nilly. There will be a verification process. 4. Any freak that wanted a models information could just as easily get the actual model. If you have never shot content, trust me when I tell you that most of the agencies handling these models do LITTLE or NO verification of the identity/reputation/background of the photographers. So anyway, bottom line is if you are a U.S. based webmaster and would like to promote our sites, we will insure that you are in compliance with the law. It honestly is the only right thing to do. |
Bump....
