It's been a long time since I liked a phone as much as the Dash. Here's a piece of advice.

Go to Start - Task Manager

Push the number 2

That will close all running applications. Also, the task manager icon will be on the top of the phone as a recent application so you won't have to go through the start menu next time.

Do that once a day or your phone will bog down and run really slow.

Looks cool. I still love my Sidekick 3 though. :winkwink:

pornguy 04-05-2007 09:10 AM

Tooo fucking small.

Mickey_ 04-05-2007 09:20 AM

It's a great little smartphone. I picked one up during webmaster access LA last year. Small and has all the functions i need.
Finally a smartphone that's thin yet has all the functions you need(except for pocket word and excel, but those can be bought).

I've had mine for about 6-7 months now. I love it. The volume touch pad caused so many problems. As soon as I figured that out, the phone has been great!

Does anyone know of any good plugins for the phone? I still use it bare bones

LiveDose 04-05-2007 10:03 AM

Looks pretty sweet!

Get these two:
Agenda One
Facade

Both will improve usability for sure.

looking very good :thumbsup

The phone is good but how Windows Mobile 5? My limited experience with WM5 found: .... lots of keypresses for simple functions, periodic reboots required, and no good push email without having an Exchange Server in the picture.

NewbieNudes 04-10-2007 03:08 AM

Can't you guys get these over there in the US?

Smaller than a RAZR - Windows Mobile 5, EDGE, GPPRS outlook, ie, pdf, mms, MSN, ICQ etc etc etc

Had one for about 6 mths - it rocks. Mine has 1GB of storage on a microSD (i think thats what its called)
