Why? I'll tell you why.
The insane people have a weird tendency of not "just dying".
They die only in 2 cases:

- In suicide bombings where they kill themselves with scores of other innocent people.

- In case governments that cherish their citizens' lives kill the terrorists and not shove their heads into the sand.

Unfortunately, European governments are so naive and weak and by that they "invite" terrorism to their homeland.
Once terrorism will hit Europe with full power, then and only then some people over there will wake up from their sleep.
It's just a matter of time.

I'm telling you. The government knew about the attacks, it was an excuse to blow Afganistan all to hell. Watch this September 11th, Golden Gate Bridge, Sear's Tower, Statue of Liberty, and Disneyland are all targets. The president took a vacation in August. That's weird, so if the Whitehouse gets a letter again in August (just like last year) he will have a perfect excuse, I wasn't there.

I tend to treat all religions equally. A few muslims being complete and utter terrorist assholes does ruin the reputation of the religion.. but not all members of it. Likewise, a few hundred years of crusades does ruin the reputation of Christiantity.. but not all Christians.

If I were a Muslim, I would be even more angry about all of this than the average American. Those terrorists have ruined the reputation of an entire religion, a respectable one at that, in one fell swoop. Alas, a lot of Muslims side with them on principle, rather that objecting to terrorism.

I don't know if the terror attacks really ruined the religions reputation...what would ruin it is if everybody would actually pick up and read the koran, same goes for the bible...very fucked up books, how people can let their children read them and not watch porn still amazes me...
