5 days and I've never seen him online.

Doesn't answer messages either.

What do I have to do to get any hosting questions answered?

open a ticket, use the live support option or call em...

live support is your best bet

where is my fucking pizza, I called pizzahut an hour ago and I am still waiting.

I'm not their customer, just wanted to aks some questions to decide if Webair was good for me.

ya they are pretty pathetic, but then again in an hour or so you will have the webair sigwhores cheering them on, then in another hour, someone will come from the company appoligizing and saying they can take care of you.

you will only save time down the road, pick phatservers, realitychecknetwork, splitinfinity are some good ones
