I need a script that will do the following.

Hold a data base of members
So as other people that join can meet and live in peace.

Am starting my own network of sites the script must also support different groups of people for different sites.

Am I looking for nats?

what DB? sql? mysql? what language are you using for programming?

that sounds like a portal script not affiliate sales

Id like it to be a bit of both.
