When i really started to make money the first thing i did was getting myself a luxury appartment in home city. After that i bought my zelf a nice benz slk compressor. After that i saved all the all the cash i am earning and i still do that. Who knows whats comes along.

So what did you do with you check. A nice tv or car or house. Just want to see what people do when they start to earn well.

I'm sure my first check went to pay for more content. See, back in the olden days, you used to have to buy your own content, lmao.

But my favorite early memory was of going grocery shopping and spending like $40 or so. When I got home, I had made 2 sales and had $70 income from them. I loved the fact that I'd made more money than I'd just spent, lol

I have yet to make any money.

And doesn't it just SUCK that all that computer stuff you bought back then is long-out-of-date and ancient now? I remember getting a $900 cash bonus on top of my regular payment from a client I was doing model recruitment for back in early '99, and I went out and dropped $4000 on a 350 mhz AMD, printer, monitor, digital camera and a few needed accessories... and 3 years later I ended up selling the entire works of it to my oldest brother (the fireman) for a whopping $500 bucks. lol

Before I worked online, I was under 18 and my family had an offline business that I worked for. Checking stats and getting sales by myself was a completely difference experience and addictive!

I'm surprised at how big some of your "first checks" were... my first check was for maybe 100$ (from direct sales, not from video editing).... I don't even know what the hell I spent it on...

The first thing I bought was a kick ass office chair. I knew from then on I was going to be in front of the comp. for a long time so I wanted a comfy chair! I still have it to this day.
