you can update 1000 blogs in less than 30 minutes and this is how
ok, may be not in 30 minutes but....
here's a great tool you can use to update your blogs: Gallery Scraper what does it do? well, using your sponsors' FHGs it turns: URL|short description|long description into a blog post here're a few examples (all the posts you see on the first page): www.lesbopalace.info of course you can add more text to your posts, change the thumbnail size, use as many thumbs as you see fit and so on. Gallery Scraper basically creates your own RSS feeds (using the sponsors' FHGs) with your link codes and it is the easiest way to add blog posts to as many blogs as you want (the blogs can be hosted on different hosts). I use it in combination with blog organizer but it'll work with any blogware that works with RSS feeds. ok, end of story |
I picked this up just last week - looks awesome I just need to learn how to use it properly

aka human rss? :upsidedow anyway keep up the good work :thumbsup

I downloaded the free version last friday. It looks really good but I wish we could input our own text, or use the gallery's text with a random blurb of our own, and add random keyworded alt tags to the images.

After importing the galleries you can add your own text, basically the field "long description" becomes your blog post and the field "description" the post title. What I ususally do is import say 20 galleries, then open them in 20 browser tabs (I use k-meleon which is the best browser there is) and then write my own tetx to the "long description" field I don't think you can add alt tags to the images though |
as for grabbing text from the galleries themselves I don't really use that, in most cases you'll get the same text over and over again

it would be better to just have an option to grab a random blurb from a text file to stick to the descriptions, targeted per category |

I mean what I do by hand, you can write a simple script to do exactly the same, you can use AutoIt or Auto Hotkey or something of that sort to create a script that grabs text from a text file and adds it to the "long description" field |
on the other hand a combination of gallery scraper, blog organiser, and some sort of article spinner sounds pretty good but I heaven't seen a script like that yet
