Mantra Films, the creators of Girls Gone Wild and Guys Gone Wild are seeking to fill two positions to assist in our various affiliate programs and will pay $1000 for successful referrals (more details on this below):

Webmaster

Mantra Films is looking for an experienced webmaster that will be asssist us in our day to day operations. Must be able to work in a team enviroment and work efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Working with our online marketing team to set up marketing tools for our affiliates and partners
- Assist in affiliate/publisher customer support.

Qualifications / Experience:

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Basic programming (php mostly)
- Basic database knowledge (mysql mostly)
- Basic design knowledge
- Basic server knowledge
- Great communication skills (speaks English fluently)
- Previous experience with NATS a plus

Affiliate Manager

Mantra Films, Inc. is seeking an Affiliate Manager preferably with mainstream experience. Affiliate Managers are responsible for building strong relationships and establishing clear lines of communication with their online affiliates/publishers and managing them on a day-to-day basis.


Responsiblities:

-Regular communication over the phone and online with affiliates.
-Negotiate payouts for affiliates on all campaigns in the network.
-Prospecting for new affiliates through cold-calling and extensive research.
-Optimize affiliate/publisher accounts by recommending better converting options.
-Field incoming calls and answer questions about the network to prospective affiliates.
-Be able to maintain professionalism in all kinds of difficult situations.
-Effectively manage your time and treat publisher base as if it?s your own business.
-Occasional travel to industry conferences.

Qualifications/Experience:

-2+ years experience as an affiliate manager, mainstream experience a major plus.
-Solid computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel.
-Strong organizational skills and a team player.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Professional demeanor and ability to work in both mainstream and adult.
-Outgoing and willing to take initiatives in finding new business.
-Strong sales and negotiation skills.
-Experience with NATS
