Software for Chopping mpg's? Any Suggestions?

Hi Gang,

Let's say I have an mpg that's about 100 megs and would like to chop it into 4 parts each 25 megs. What programs would be best?

tmpgenc

and for all the premiere pushers, its only cause they havent used tmpgenc :)

I use both. tmpgenc works great for that, i just like premier for all the other stuff
