Help with wordpress page titles please
 

Can anyone help me with a wordpress problem?

When I use the code - <title><?php wp_title(); ?></title>

I get the browser page title &raquo; PageTitle

With &raquo; being two little arrows.

Can someone tell me how to stop wordpress adding the two little arrows before the page title. I just can't find them in the admin area or or anywhere in the page codes.

The difference being (in case you didn't notice) the double-quotes inside the parenthesis. If you need an explanation as why that is needed, let me know.
