hypothetical, if you had $30k cash, house or market?
 

so I was talking to my my friend who is a real estate agent, we were debating if it's better to down payment on a condo/house and rent out or put it in the market.

say that you plan on moving out of the country in about 1.5 years (states -> europe), would you buy a house or invest in the market? this is what it comes down to for me, well I don't have 30k saved up by next year, i hope.

discuss
