Epassporte = fucking stupid.... lost my card and....
I sent an email through the system from inside my account telling them that I lost my card and asking how do I get another.... here is the response... WTF??

that's what happens when your companies customer support is illegal immigrants who can't speak / understand english...but know how to copy and past email templates.
They have the some of the worst support I've ever dealt with...I've had people hangup on me because they couldn't wrap their minds around simple questions I had. |
