Any Ideas On How To Achieve More Traffic?

This site have been up and running for around 8 months now, and it it gaining in popularity, but very slowly. At the moment I do not have an affiliate program in place, which I know is a big deficit.

I have been concentrating on Search Engine Optimization techniques, trading banners and links, posting on assorted forums and message boards, adding the site to numerous toplists, and posting and linking to various Yahoo Groups.

I have a few other marketing gimmicks that I try to implement as well, and although traffic is increasing at all times, it is hardly growing by leaps and bounds.

Any newbie advice? Anyone have any other free traffic-building techniques I could involve, shy of an affiliate program?

A few of the reasons I do not have an affiliate program in place so far are...

? I have 2 separate billing companies, so setting an affiliate program up through just one of them will not tie the two together. It will leave a hole in the program.

? As I only have the one site up at the moment, I do not have massive amounts of free hosted galleries for marketing, so I don't think quality affiliates will be signing up. If they do they may be dissappointed. I would rather have a bigger program developed first, before I lure good guys in just to lose them soon thereafter.

? I accept sign-ups (including Visa) through Verotel, and all payments except Visa through CCBill. I am not ready to drop $750 on the application fee with CCBill just yet, nor am I in a position to drop big $$$ on the NATS software to cascade the two options.

There are other reasons as well, but those are few biggies.

Any advice would be appreciated.

in my opinion, you must continue to push hard with submitting galleries, posting to news groups (yahoo, etc) and other slow-growing vehicles until you are able to push-out and affiliate program.

you could try to create your linklists, free video websiites, etc.. all of the traditional things webmaster affiliates do. basically, create one feeder site and replicate the functionality to other feeder sites (all related to boobs).

i run a website, www.ilikeboobvideos.com, which is a framework that would that would be great for you site.. driving traffic back to the paysite.

ideas are only limited to how hard you want to think on them ;)

Thanks for the feedback Kaylum. I was posting non-nude boob bouncing videos on sites like YouTube and MetaCafe and others early on. It seemed like a great idea. Unfortunately it got to the point where my clips would be removed almost instantly, and I would often have to set up new accounts in order to try again. It began to feel counterproductive. I don't know what the problem was, as I specifically edited clips to be fully "non-nude" for this promotional purpose, but to no avail.

Is the site profitable at the moment?

If you're not ready to go the affiliate route, then you essentially have two options. First, you can buy ad spots and PPC traffic. If the site isn't profitable yet or you don't have money to play with, then this isn't a good option.

Option two is to essentially be your own affiliate. In other words, you need to promote your sites the same way your affiliates would promote your sites. Submit galleries, put up fake TGPs, create blogs, etc.

You can also consider having some affiliates on an invite-only basis. Your site looks good and should do pretty well on big breast traffic. I'd definitely try promoting it via Verotel on a rev share basis.

If you would like fixed text based links or are interested in some ppc traffic to bring your numbers up I would be happy to go over what GTS has to offer sites working there way up :thumbsup

I might be interested in buying ad space (banners, links, whatever), as long as it is very inexpensive. At the moment the site is still just starting out, so money is tight.
