    I love sponsors with term like this

    Any false, misleading, deceptive or slanderous communications in regards to xxxxx, its parent holding companies, principles, officers, or agents will result in account termination, forfeiture of all funds owed & immediate prosecution!

      If someone's slandering or libeling a company, it only makes sense to terminate the agreement before you sue their asses?

          what i get from that is if i come on here bitching say about how there support sucks badly or a rep of theres is useless that they would withhold my earnings.

              Some companies could take it that far, but I'm sure companies who were in it for the long haul and understood business wouldn't be that drastic.

              If you came on here and accused someone of shaving without grounds, proof or merit then that term of service would definitely be valid.
