    State Senator Wayne R. Bryant , of Camden County in New Jersey, was indicted on 20 counts today on charges of using his influence to steer grants to the state?s University of Medicine and Dentistry in return for no-show jobs.

      Fuckin amazing. Searched that article up and down and couldnt seem to find what affiliation he was. Does anyone find it odd that they dont mention he is a democrat? I bet if he was a republican it would of been in the fuckin headline.

                  That is pretty odd, since it is standard practice to follow a politician's name with a party affiliation reference, something such as, (D - Camden).

                  In fact, the same paper does that in the numerous other articles about this politician (including many unflattering articles), so it appears to have just been a mistake by exclusion. Newspapers (print and online) make mistakes all the time.

                                  Jersey politics are unique in nature. The dems and republicans can be paid off easily to pass stuff and also to get contracts on public works.

                                  example... Landlords paying off officials to look the other way when inspecting homes with more than 20 people living on one floor. Shit is crazy when dealing with local politics.
