Single girl sites - how much of a cut do the girls actually get?
 

I've always wondered. Do they get paid a salary, independent of how well the site's doing? Or do they get a share of the pie?

Is there an industry standard, if you want to call it that?

there is no standard. some get modeling fees, some get a %, some get a combination of the two. no girl gets a salary independent of how the site does - if the site does shitty you can bet that the salary stops. i do know of one site that supposedly the webmaster pays the model a hefty salary and he is making squat - he's either getting laid or he's insane or a combination of the two.

30-40% is a fair percentage.

This piqued my curiosity. How does that work? Let say 50% to the affiliate, ~12% for processing. We're at 62%. Add in the 30-40% to the model and we're at 92-102%.

I'm sure there's some voodoo factor in there I'm missing. :upsidedow

My hunch is that the model gets far less than that.

The question is 30-40% of what? I don´t think the model gets 30-40% of the volume of sales. It will be 30-40% of the profit. And maybe it´s after tax profit only, but it simply can´t be based on the volume of sales.

We pay Eve Angel and all our girls per movies. She wanted that way and she gets a good money.:pimp

yep, a % of the net - after affiliate payouts and processing fees.

Wendy from our site gets 50% of all profits, girls that do her sort of stuff don't grow on trees.:thumbsup

The solo models I work with get paid for modeling (so I own the content), plus they earn 50% of the payout from ccBill, as long as they remain active. My flagship multi-model site (Asian Diva Girls) covers the cost of hosting, etc.

It's quite generous, the girls like it, and as a result I get them to do lots of local promotional appearances (which they are also compensated for), resulting in numerous very loyal members (nothing better to convert a fan, than to facilitate them meeting the models in person).
