No, it's not. The question is retarded. Nowhere in the story of the immaculate conception does it state Jesus sprouted out of an unfertilized egg. Fanciful as the story may be, I'm quite sure if you believe god can impregnate a woman, then it's not too great a stretch to think he can somehow have one of her eggs fertilized.
