I have never waited more than an hour for a response to an email and there is always somebody in their live support chat.

support are pretty fast. I have 4 of them on icq, and if they are offline, I'll hit up livehelp.

i always use the live support. email response varies for me but no more than a day at the worst

I've signed up for your hosting a week ago and still nothing. No hosting, no email answer from your support.

you should probably hit up their live chat. the link's somewhere up there. ;)

you should contact them in ICQ...we always contact them when there's some trouble in our server and the respond as quick as possible...

well, if you've actually read the latter replies you would've known that the issue has been fixed. ;)

Never waited more than a few minutes maximum :) But then again when everything is working perfectly for several years without any problems I don't use their support much at all...

webair gerard, sent you an email. Set me up till monday or issue me a refund. I'm not willing to wait weeks without any communication to get a small account setup.
