You must be missing something.

Both of my programs have 88x88 thumbs for each gallery, in www.bvcash.com you log in and under the "Promo Content" Menu select "Gallery URL Exporter" and from there you can select 88x88 or 90x120 thumbs. https://www.bvcash.com/webmasters/gallinks.php

For BeachModel Ent. go here instead and use it's tool: http://www.beachmodel.com/free_galleries/galleries.php

I have thumbs from 88x88 all the way to 450x450 for BeachModel's FHG's, HFS's, GOTD and the RSS BLOG FEEDS :-)
