Destroyed my legs at the gym yestyrday.
I've been going to the gym for 3 weeks, and i have been seeing results already! Yesturday i think i worked out too hard. Today everytime i move, it hurts, literally! Once you start seeing results thought you will love gym and want to go everyday, trust me!

congrats man :) I do my legs workout on fridays so I can cry all weekend and be back in the gym on monday :) hit 750lbs on the leg press friday haha

Leg dies are always very tiring for me. Two large muscles and calves just wipe me out. I do run for an hour in the morning though, that probably doesn't help.

I fucked up my lower back doing squats about a year ago. Be carefull with force reps. Thank god I recovered for the most part. I'm back to doing legs again.
The more you train them, the shorter the recovery time seems to be imo. |

Once your body gets used to it regularly you will get very little delayed onset muscle soreness. Legs though is the one place I still get it sometimes, after a heavy calf workout especially. Some of you guys sound more like oxen than men with those huge leg press and squat numbers, he he. Most I ever tried for several reps on the leg press was eight plates and the sled I think is 75 pounds at my gym, so about 435 lbs. I'm only 150 lbs mind you so that is a bit of a struggle.

I love it when I'm too sore to move the next day after working out. It usually happens after a spinning class. Try it...it'll kick your ass.

yesterday at the gym there was this chick wearing white yoga pants right in front of me, so I had to stay on the bicycle for 45 minutes waiting for my hard-on to go away
