BIZ THREAD ALERT... advice please, marketing under-represented niche...
Ok so I've been doing some research the past couple of days on a niche, and I think it's a bit under represented in the major search engine results, and easy to find spots on the big TGPs. According to overture, there is a pretty healthy dose of traffic for terms relating to this niche....
When I "pretend" to be a surfer looking for material related to this niche, I'm really not finding much. Sure lots of things show up, but not what I'm looking for. Also, there are several good blog related domains for this niche still unregistered. I have a few good sponsors I know I can promote in this niche. But as someone who has no capital to invest, really, what things should I be doing FIRST to try to tap in to this niche? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. ps, Im not thinking I'm going to get rich with this, but I'm pretty positive there is money to be made. |
I personally would recommend getting a few of those domains and a copy of ABP and just start blogging them out.
Get feeds from sponsors in that niche or closely related, mix in your own original content, use the rewriter feature and the relinker feature to rid yourself of dupe content, make sure you use the shit outta slt tags and just make sure your linking structures are conducive to the keywords. Give it some time and stay consistent and you'll see results. Just a thought. |
Tell me what niche and what domains than forget about it :)
to be serious, buy some of the domains, start a couple of blogs and update often. if you can get some content build a couple of freesites and submit them to linklists. The blogs are a good idea though, easy to update and maintain. |
